Property Disposition has the right to recycle any item back into the University of Michigan prior to payment.
 
Sale of this equipment is on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis. These items may not meet “OSHA-MIOSHA” specifications.
 
Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of their equipment. They are also responsible for all damages, accidents, and all other liabilities, which are incurred in the disassembly and removal. Items DO NOT include software unless noted.

 Obligation to Pickup:

All users are responsible for removing their equipment and are obligated to complete the transaction by picking up the items they have purchased within the designated time frame communicated. They are also responsible for all damages, accidents, and all other liabilities, which are incurred in the disassembly and removal. Failure to do so may result in adverse consequences, including account suspension.


Account Suspension:

In cases where a user repeatedly fails to complete payment and/or pick up items, we reserve the right to suspend their account. The suspension may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity and frequency of non-compliance.


Notification Process:

Before initiating any account suspension, we will make reasonable attempts to notify the user regarding their outstanding obligations. This notification may be in the form of email, notifications through our platform, or any other contact information provided by the user.


Appeal Process:

If your account is suspended, you have the right to appeal the decision. To appeal, please contact our customer support team within the timeframe specified in the notification. The appeal will be reviewed, and a decision will be communicated to you.


Account Reactivation:

If your account is temporarily suspended, it may be reactivated upon satisfactory resolution of the issue. Once you have taken the necessary steps to comply with our policies, we will evaluate your request for account reactivation.


Compliance with Policies:

To maintain a fair and efficient eCommerce platform for all users, it is crucial to adhere to our terms and conditions, including timely item pickup and payment. We strongly encourage all our users to fulfill their obligations promptly.
